Flock brings together the vibrancy, range and quality of Australian produce with an attitude towards food found in the rustic countryside towns of Europe. Each meal feels like a homecoming for those gathered around the table. That being said, at the end of the day, it’s just food. It’s a big part of the good life, but there’s no need to go into raptures about our philosophy or anything. Simply put, we like good food, good people and good times.
THIS IS HOW WE DO IT
Flock is the brainchild of partners Kymberlee and Sarah Stone. After flying the coop and leaving their inner-city hospitality lives in Brisbane, the duo desired a lifestyle change and moved to the Northern Rivers NSW. Opening Flock in 2013 as a small hole-in-the-wall coffee shop with an intimate team of 8, it was obvious that Flock would soon be busting at the seams and an upgrade was on the horizon.
After the devastating Lismore floods in 2017, a result of cyclone Debbie, Flock - with the support of the incredible community - re-opened and upgraded. They now boast a successful restaurant with over 40 plus team members. With a world-class kitchen crew, it hosts thousands of patrons who flock to taste the amazing array of homemade food and beverages weekly.
